I blew as hard as I could and scrolled the wheel with my whole hand whipping it as fast as I could with some preussare, it actually solved it after I did it 10 times. Scroll went from 5% function to 99% and the click of the mouse feels crisper now as well.

FIX for jumping scroll for RAZER mouses: Open the mouse, you will see very small colored wheel next to big wheel, spray some WD40 on it. Scrolll jumping problem fixed!

No, this doesn't actually fix the problem. The problem is the little plastic rod that connects the wheel to the sensor gets smooth and wore out, instead of square, so instead of always being attached to the mechanical part of the sensor it will turn without turning the sensor, thus slipping. Then when you do a full turn and it manages to catch, it can turn it the other way slightly, causing the reverse scroll.

and if just blowing doesnt work combine it with scrolling as fast as you can, worked for me
